My car was hit & the other driver admitted guilt, but can i get a free car rental at her insurances expense for the time that my car is being repaired?
i dont have any rental agreements with my insurance companies so is there a mandatory law that her insurance will have to pay my car rental bill?

Her insurance company should provide a rental car during a reasonable repair period.
They do not rent you a bigger car than you have.
They will pay the daily rate and tax. They will not pay for any additional insurance that you chose to take out or that the rental company may require.
The adjuster handling the claim should be able to explain it all to you.
